I came to Dr. Iris for help with persistent lower back and sacrum pain, as well as upper neck tension and migraines that never fully went away after my pregnancy. I was in pain almost every day and had honestly just assumed it was something I’d have to live with forever until I met Dr. Iris. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. She has the most welcoming presence and such a calming, kind demeanor. She took the time to go over my entire history, talk through my posture and movement patterns, and helped me understand how my body had been compensating for muscle weakness. She confirmed so much of what I was feeling and then gently worked through each area of tension, doing specific releases that left me feeling incredible. What makes Dr. Iris so special is not just her expertise, but how clearly and compassionately she explains everything. I left not only feeling better physically but empowered with tools to help myself moving forward. She doesn’t just work with postpartum moms like me. She also supports pregnant women, newborns, athletes, and so many others. I truly believe more people need to know that living in pain is not something we just have to accept. Dr. Iris is a gift and I’m so grateful I found her.

During pregnancy, her treatments helped alleviate many of the physical discomforts I was experiencing from back and hip pain to round ligament pain to preparing my pelvic floor area for the birthing process. She helped me prepare my body for birth by restoring pelvic motion and supporting my baby's position in utero. Now she supports my recovery after birth. She treats the root causes of the physical demands that would otherwise inhibit me from being able to heal properly and with the best functionality. Dr. Iris is incredibly professional and creates a space that's safe, nurturing, and respectful of both my needs and that of my baby.
