This place is amazing! Everyone is very friendly. When entered, you are greeted and welcomed by Gabriel and Shakia, which put you immediately at ease. Samaria is knowledgeable, professional, and seem to have your best interest and health at heart. This is my first visit and I am impressed. Very happy I made the decision to do this for my health. Great customer service from start to finish! From the phone call with Ryan to my in-person visit, everything was smooth and welcoming. Gabrielle was wonderful as soon as I checked in, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Cohen was amazing—he explained everything perfectly and made sure I understood each step. This was my very first time at Balanced Bodies Decatur and I had such a great experience! The staff made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in. The space is clean, calming, and welcoming. Thanks to Gabrielle, Samaria, shakia I left feeling so much better than when I came in—relaxed, refreshed, and well taken care of.
