Jamie with Real Results changed my and my husband's lives forever. This journey as a husband wife team (I was 59 and my husband 61 years old) being trained to change our eating habits has been very successful. We have each lost 60+ pounds and have maintained our weight 6+ months. I had been slender all of my life and had put on 60 pounds due to change in lifestyle and the pandemic. I became depressed, had no energy and had little self esteem. I also had severe digestive issues that had to be treated by a physician and I had inflammation and swelling in my feet. I now am free from these issues as well as going off blood pressure medication. I feel like a new person. This lifestyle change is for a lifetime! We both CHANGED OUR ENTIRE WARDROBES!
