He is truly willing to listen to your concerns and come up with a good plan for your overall wellbeing, as well as help you implement and monitor your progress. His practice takes me back to the times when you worked in partnership with your Dr. to discover the best health solutions for you as an individual. I have been looking for a doctor like Dr. Payne for a long time. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in excellent hands (his staff is wonderful, too). Dr. Payne took the time to understand my unique health needs and goals and worked with me to develop a personalized treatment plan that included bloodwork, hormone treatments, and weight loss consultation (he even created a custom eating and supplement plan for my husband and me based on our bloodwork!). One thing I really love about Dr. Payne is his curiosity, open-mindedness, and commitment to ongoing education and research - I feel like I’m receiving the latest and most effective treatments available. He really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything to you - he makes you feel like a partner in your own treatment.
