I started my Zepbound journey alone, scared and unsure of what I was doing. I was dealing with side effects and in zombie mode. Always Freezing, nausea, fatigue & brain fog. Let me tell you WHY this works! Take a chance on yourself and do it!!!! I am someone with triple autoimmune, diagnosed at age 52, (now approaching 55)spent a year or so being angry and self soothing in denial. Prescribed a ton of meds to include a healthy dose of steroids, spending a year of figuring out how to deal with and combat Rheumatoid Arthritis pain and Sjorgens symptoms all while working FT, being a wife, mom and Glamma AND parenting the parents who needed me. Then came Dr Jones’ program. I am 3 months in. Inflammation is under control and steroids are no longer needed. Pain is reduced and each week a little less.
