Ideal You Weight Loss

I've lost 20 lbs in 31 days already. That includes some straying from the program a few days here and there. My clothes are looser, which also motivates me even more. I started at 202 lbs and am now at 182 lbs. I needed accountability and a jump start, and Ideal You is perfect for me.

The Livonia team is excellent with Dr. Geri & Talithia - they are always available to answer any questions & check-in with you to keep you on track. This program was so easy once you get adjusted to it & the weight just drops off. I recommend it to anyone who is seriously interested in losing some weight. There are tons of food to choose from & you feel full following their plan. I never give reviews but I am so grateful that I felt compelled to do this one because if it worked for me it will work for you!!! Don't hesitate, this program is the real deal for weight loss.

I have done this once and I lost 40 pounds in the month. If you do as they say and don't cheap 100% you will lost no less then 20 pounds in a month. but you must be disciplined. so anybody you see on here putting bad reviews is only bc they couldn't do it. Some get mad bc you have to buy your own food. And your paying them for vitamins and drops. Still it's worth it when your really losing the weight. It doesn't matter what your spending if your losing the weight. Something you obviously couldn’t get done on your own. I'm grateful for them.
