Excellent experience. Great tech that explained my results clearly. Get a DEXA scan to establish your baseline as you embark on your fitness journey. Not expensive and you REALLY know where you stand vs guessing. Highly recommended!!!

I recently went to cenegenics to get my second DEXA scan with Ben. It was a great experience. Ben has been super helpful and accommodating and helped me find a new clinic in the city I'm moving too. He even got it price matched to my previous rate!

I had originally signed up to increase my hormones. As it turned out I could not do this but I believe that a thorough examination is something that should be done every few years at least. This I accomplished and it was really interesting and very good. I need to improve a few things on my diet and my exercise. I had another issue that was highlighted and became also important. Overall I would say that the experience was great and the support was excellent. I would definitely do this again and I am glad I did, if anyone of you is thinking of doing the same, please I would encourage you.
