After losing my dad Feb 2022, I made a promise to him and myself to make changes for me and live life to the fullest and be the best version of me that I could be. It’s been a 4 year journey. Extremely Disappointed with Care and Service at Rejuvenate U While my initial experience at Rejuvenate U was positive, it quickly deteriorated. The responsiveness that I appreciated at first turned into long delays and a lack of follow-up. After a few months, it felt like I was just another number rather than a valued patient. When I decided to seek care at a new clinic that offered more affordable services, I encountered major issues retrieving my medical records. I contacted my physician but was redirected to the front desk. The representative apologized for my previous experience and promised to send my documents, but they never arrived. After two weeks of waiting, I followed up and was told that some of my records were no longer on file, which was shocking and unacceptable. The idea that medical records could just disappear is incredibly unprofessional. The front desk hesitated to assist further, and my attempts to reach out again resulted in unanswered voicemails. It’s clear that Rejuvenate U prioritizes profits over patient care. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. There are many clinics that offer the same services at a fraction of the cost and with far better customer service. Be prepared for frustration if you choose to go here, especially regarding your medical documents..
