I am an esthetician and own an amazing BioTherapeutics Trinity Microderm machine, cleansing wand, and spatula. This company cares about us small independent estheticians, which means the world to me. From my sales rep to the customer care team and repair department. They always take care of any question, comment, or concern I have. Easy to locate if you have any machine that needs to be serviced and are able to drop it off. There is a pay parking lot in the back and street parking.

Best machines and you can call a representative and get a hold of someone immediately. I have used their products and microcurrent in my business and on myself for over 10 years and I am so happy and would not go to another company
