I Definitely had a great experience learning! That is the key to any change. Change is not always easy and having someone speak to you about what has to happen for change is not always easy to hear. I am appreciative of Doc, he is no nonsense and very direct because his mission is not just fleeting results but lifestyle changes that will last .
