I’ve had a truly exceptional experience so far at MD Beauty Lab. From the moment I first walked in, the entire staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. But I especially want to highlight my provider, Martha, who has gone above and beyond for me as her patient. I’ve received IPL, a chemical peel, and radio frequency microneedling from her so far, and with each treatment, Martha has shown genuine care and thoughtfulness. She’s always taken the time to walk me through every step of the process, answering all my questions and making sure I feel informed and comfortable—especially around my concerns about pain. As someone who is autistic, I deeply appreciate how open and kind Martha has been. She’s never made me feel like my neurodivergence is a problem or inconvenience, and has been incredibly accommodating in a way that feels sincere and respectful. It’s rare to find a provider who truly listens and adapts to your needs without judgment, and Martha does exactly that. I feel safe, seen, and supported here—and that means the world. Highly recommend MD Beauty Lab and especially Martha if you’re looking for thoughtful, personalized care.

She brings years of experience to her work, which she performs at an incredibly with high level of clinical and aesthetic sensibilities. I *loved* my experience at MD Beauty Lab in Portland, from start to finish! From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed and like I belonged; Traci at the front desk was so helpful and kind to me throughout my whole time there. I was super nervous about exploring options for some of the melasma and other dark spots on my face, and while I thought I knew what I needed (IPL), the wonderful Martha recommended a VI Peel. At my consultation, she spent a long time with me looking at my skin and making sure all of my questions were answered. I felt spoiled, I came back for my procedure with Martha a few weeks later; the VI Peel did a great job of lightening some of my spots, and improving texture, and I'm about to schedule a second one.
