This place is amazing!! If you are questioning whether red light therapy really works, I assure you it does!! About two years ago I quit running because my hip would flare up every time I would run. This year I was determined to get back into running, so I started to research different therapy solutions and came across red light therapy and this is how I found Light Lounge. I figured I would give them a try and I’m so glad I did!! I honestly have never felt better. My hip flexor almost never flares up anymore. I now train consistently AND just completed my first marathon!! On top of that the owners are so wonderful!!! Both Savannah and Gunner are super sweet, helpful and amazing!! If you are debating on trying them, just give it a chance! Definitely made a huge difference for me and my running!!

When my partner and I first began to use Light Lounge it was clear to us that it is great place to experience red light therapy. Gunner, and Savannah, the owners are customer service oriented, friendly and very, very knowledgeable. The red light equipment is top notch. The facility is very clean, and very beautiful. The membership plan is a great value when compared to red light services elsewhere. The scientifically proven benefits of red light therapy are numerous and remarkable: softer, smoother skin, pain relief, hair growth, increased energy, and weight loss, among other things. Try it, you will like it!

I love the light lounge! The staff (Gunner and Savannah) are both super friendly and knowledgeable about red light therapy. I go 3-4 times a week and have noticed improvements in my muscle recovery post-workout and my overall health. Plus I find it very relaxing as well. I’ve also noticed healing from injuries I’ve had with my shoulder, neck, and back. I’ve done two sessions that targeted my lower back with the handheld device and my back is feeling better. I love the convenience of being able to do a walk in appointment and come in after hours with the key fob. I would definitely recommend!
