I have been going to Sēk off and on since 2022. I absolutely love the services (I’ve tried them all - Pressotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Sauna Cabin, Sauna Pods, Cold Plunge) and they have all served an important purpose for me. If you are wanting to amplify your health/recovery/mood/energy etc, look into the services and the science behind them! Tremendous impact. BUT, what really sets this place apart is Kat, Lisa, and the rest of the team. Getting to know these strong amazing ladies has been rejuvenating and inspiring - something I didn’t know I needed. It has been such a gift to know them. We moved recently and it won’t make sense to commute to Franklin daily. This will absolutely be the hardest part of my wellness (and heart-filling) routine to replace!

Sēk is my relaxation place! I’ve tried everything here except the plunge and love it all… the staff is amazingly knowledgeable and I’ve asked them pretty much everything. So friendly and welcoming! It really is a special place—you feel lighter (albeit sweaty) and refreshed when leaving!

Sek sauna is one of the best things to ever happen to me. Not only are you greeted by the most welcoming and knowledgeable, but it feels like you’re stepping into an oasis. Meticulously clean, serene, and the one stop shop of many healing modalities. I have become dependent on my weekly sauna visits. The sweat dump is unbelievable with the sauna pods! I personally love to follow it up with a dunk in the cold plunge. They even took the time to coach me through my first couple dips in the cold plunge, ensuring I knew how to handle the cold and how to do it right. I can’t recommend this place enough!
