Ashley is not a dermatologist, she's better. After my pregnancy I had melasma everywhere on my face and was super self conscious about it. I had been getting facials from Ashley for years and they're amazing, but the way she treated me for this went beyond. She tried everything. Starting with gentle, minor changes to my skin care routine before progressing to laser treatments. All that helped but it wasn't completely gone so she put my on a hydroquinone routine I could do at home. This can be an ugly process and Ashley literally held my hand through it, making time for me in the office to assure me my face wasn't falling off. I cannot recommend her practice enough. Hannah just started there at the time of this review but I have gotten a facial from her as well and she's excellent. I almost didn't want to review because I don't want the competition for appointments but they truly deserve it.

I can’t recommend Kismet enough! Ashley is truly the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to answer every question and explain the products in a way that makes you feel confident and informed. My skin has completely transformed thanks to her, and I’m so grateful. Her studio is also the absolute cutest! It is so cozy and welcomingly designed. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door. Everything about the experience with Ashley is perfection!
