I just want to say that this low t center really understands and cares about there clients. Everytime, I come Kai greets me with a smile and mentions me by name. It make me feel like I’m special. Gabby and Skyler are always so attentive and very professional when it comes to there job. Kate always ask how I’m feeling and explains the results to where anyone could understand. She asks questions to seek to understand my health goals. I can’t say anything but this location is my favorite Low T Center. Kudos to this staff.

I’ve been going to Low T Center in Pineville, NC for about two years and it’s been a great experience every time. The team here is fantastic. Kate, Michelle, and Gabby always take great care of me and make every visit easy and comfortable. They’re professional, friendly, and truly care about their patients. If you’re considering TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy), I highly recommend Low T Pineville. The results and service speak for themselves.

I have been a patient here at Pineville for many years. This business was bought out and the original staff was extremely pleasent. However since the change over my expierence has not been the same. They are under staffed and many times I have had to make multiple trips in to get what should be taken care of in one visit. What used to be a very personal visit now feels like I am just a number. They used to set up follow ups and now it seems as though its up to me to keep up with when I am susposed to come in. I just dont think this place cares about my health.
