I recently had a microneedling treatment here and I can confidently say it was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences I've ever had—despite the nature of the treatment itself. Microneedling isn't exactly known for being comfortable, but thanks to the exceptional care and expertise of my esthetician, Juliana, the entire process was surprisingly manageable. Juliana was not only incredibly kind and attentive, but also impressively knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step in detail, which helped ease any anxiety I had and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Her thoughtful, informative approach transformed what could have been an uncomfortable appointment into a relaxing, even enjoyable, experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Juliana and the team to anyone considering microneedling or any other skincare treatment. Truly a five-star experience!

I did not get the 2 days of hyaluronic acid after doing microneedling, I also did not get the price honored like one of the reviewer said , I purchased mine through Groupon.

The service that was provided was good. The environment fair. Cleanliness? I’m unsure. I didn’t see a sink anywhere for hand hygiene.. although I wasn’t looking super hard either. Although Sam seemed very nice. Not sure if I would recommend this place or come back. Edit** most of the flaking from my face is gone now and the redness has resolved. my face looks more textured/scarred. I know these are not previous scars because they are in the shape of the microneedling head. Im pretty sure holding the device in one spot for 3-5 seconds and moving on to the next is not evidenced based practice. I will not be coming back here.
