Dr. John Ruhland - the Natural Health Medical Clinic

I broke my wrist in two places, and went to Dr. Ruhland to speed healing using the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Not only did that help tremendously, but he ended up making an enormous difference in my energy by healing my thyroid and adrenals after extended grief - which I didn’t even know had been a problem! I feel like I have my life back. Having low energy - and then getting it back - changes everything: mood, productivity, creativity. I feel better than I have in decades! I’m super grateful to him. PS the office looks like it’s out of an old movie, don’t let that stop you from working with Dr. Ruhland. He knows his stuff! And he’s incredibly warm and kind to boot.

I was introduced to Dr Ruhland in 2018 by my chiropractor. He’s been my primary physician since then and Ive recommended him to my friends and family. Beyond my own health recoveries, a relative of mine had lost their sense of smell after getting Covid and after one treatment with Dr. Ruhland, it returned. I recommend him without any hesitation to anyone I know and still reach out to him myself whenever needed. Glad to have such a clinic and doctor in the PNW.

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Dr. Ruhland. During a time of emergency, he was openly communicating with me and adjusted his whole schedule multiple times, including on weekends, to attend to me.
