I was nervous at first about starting the plan and doing the injections, but it turned out to be so much easier than I expected. The staff at RCMC are amazing — especially Chelsea and Sariah. They always take the time to explain everything, keep me informed on the best options, and really make me feel supported. You can tell they hold high standards, and that gives me total trust in the process. The gym is clean, motivating, and a great environment to stay on track. Highly recommend RCMC to anyone serious about reaching their goals!

I absolutely love this place! The combination of the medical clinic and gym makes it so convenient. I can take care of my health in every way, all in one spot. The staff is super friendly and professional, and they really take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. They have awesome trainers who are always around to help if you need it. I feel healthier, stronger, and more supported since coming here!

At RCMC , they know how to make you feel like you’re right at home. They have a great support team, From the gym and The most amazing trainers, To at home support through their app. They have the best nutrition support, with daily and weekly check in’s. The atmosphere in the gym is nothing but true support, and the trainers are skilled enough to modify any workout to fit your needs! I’ve spent a whole year here, And no regrets!!
