I am very happy with the results I got from Medical Weight Loss Centers of AZ. I was on the basic weekly plan and combined with changing my diet I was able to get to my weight loss goal without spending half my life in the gym or sacrificing eating. With my continued diet lifestyle change I have been able to maintain my goal weight!  I would definitely recommend!
