I’m posting this to protect other patients. In my experience, every time there are bad reviews, the practitioner changes the business name. In the past year alone, this clinic has changed its name four times. I’ve also repeatedly observed sudden waves of 5‑star reviews—many saying essentially the same thing under different names—appear and then, if the overall rating doesn’t move, those 5‑star reviews are quickly deleted. That pattern undermines confidence in the integrity of this business’s ratings. Healthcare demands transparency and accountability. In my experience, the clinic’s responses to concerns have been defensive rather than solution‑oriented, which is not what I expect from a professional medical practice. Patients aren’t buying a pair of shoes—we are trusting providers with our health. The behavior I’ve observed does not align with the standards of ethics and patient care I expect from a reputable clinic. Please proceed with caution. Verify the clinic’s history, read a range of reviews (including critical ones), and ask direct questions about ownership, clinical leadership, and complaint handling before booking. I hope this practice commits to genuine, ethical engagement and earns trust through consistent, patient‑first conduct.

I'm sharing my firsthand experience to help others make an informed choice. During my visit, the practitioner’s interpretation of my lab results did not match the numbers I later confirmed directly from the lab report. Specific values she identified as “imbalanced” were within the reference ranges on the report. Despite this, I was advised to take multiple supplements and purchase products that, in my view, were not indicated by the data. This approach did not align with what I understand to be common, evidence based medical practice (i.e., recommendations grounded in documented lab abnormalities, standard reference ranges, and clinical correlation). It also did not align with basic common sense: if the numbers are within range, I would expect a clear clinical rationale before adding multiple supplements at a cost of hundreds of dollars (for which the practitioner receives a substantial commission). I value care that is: • Consistent with actual lab values and standard reference ranges • Accompanied by clear explanations, differential reasoning, and risks/benefits • Transparent about when supplements or add on products are truly necessary In my case, those expectations were not met. I have also observed patterns in the public reviews and listings. After negative reviews appear, there are frequently same day or next day 5 star reviews with minimal detail, which can make it hard to weigh the overall rating. In addition, the practice appears to have operated under multiple business names and to have changed names over time, which makes it difficult to track historical feedback and prior reviews in one place. These are my observations from publicly available listings and timestamps; readers can check review dates, content, and business name histories to form their own conclusions. To prospective patients: consider reviewing (1) the timing and substance of reviews (not just star counts), (2) how the practice responds to critical feedback, and (3) whether care recommendations align with your actual test results and generally accepted standards. This review reflects my experience and observations. I am a patient who attempted to post an honest, first-hand review of this practice. My review was removed three separate times by Google despite complying with Google’s content policies because the practitioner protests the reviews under false pretenses. The protests are then quickly followed with multiple 5 star reviews. After each removal of my review, a cluster of new 5-star reviews appeared within a short period. I cannot verify their authenticity, but the timing raises concerns about whether the overall rating reflects actual patient experiences. It seems apparent the reviews are incentivized or otherwise are not accurate reflections. Just read them and she's a miracle worker who has cured everything from MS to HPV in one visit. That's quite a medical feat. I am sharing this to provide context, not to accuse any specific individual of misconduct. Prospective patients deserve a full and balanced view. Removing critical but policy-compliant reviews can prevent readers from seeing relevant information communication and care quality. I invite Google to allow this factual account to remain so patients can make informed decisions.

After working with many functional and naturopathic doctors over the last decade, this was by far my most disappointing experience with Dr Rozita M. I’m someone who takes my health seriously, has reversed my own autoimmune condition, and usually works well in collaborative care — but that was not the case here. From the start, communication felt rushed and disorganized. It was difficult to understand the treatment plan, and when I asked for clarification, I was told things like “just call customer service” or “read the box.” That’s not what I expect from a provider who charges premium pricing and promotes individualized care. When I asked about timing for hormone testing — something every other holistic doctor has emphasized should be done on a specific cycle day — I was told to “just test whenever.” That’s concerning and undermines the accuracy of the results. There were also red flags with how labs and supplements were handled. Appointments often felt like they were being read live without prep, some test markers we agreed on were missed, and when I reacted poorly to protocols and reached out for help, I was told the reaction wasn’t possible and to keep going. After weeks of trying, nothing improved. What really surprised me was the cost and lack of transparency around supplements. I was charged nearly $500 for a one-month protocol, only to later discover it came from a supplier I’ve used for years — and the same exact items could have been purchased for half the cost. When I brought this up, I was met with defensiveness and no resolution. What’s also concerning is that this provider seems to operate across multiple locations and business names, some of which now appear closed or inactive. I won’t speculate, but it does make you question the long-term accountability and stability of the practice. I reached out multiple times to try to resolve everything privately before leaving this review, and unfortunately got no response. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to others based on my experience, and I sincerely hope others find more supportive and transparent care elsewhere.
