Horrible experience. I spent over $1800 to consult and for blood work. When it was time to go over the blood work, Dr Rozita started saying I was low in things that were within the normal range on the lab results. I asked if she could give me something in writing to show me the acceptable ranges she was using and she refused and said go get another doctor and hung up. She wanted me to take prescription medication based off our phone conversation and not put any of it in writing. This is what someone does to protect themselves from getting sued if someone gets hurt. Scam artist and a danger to public health!

I’ve struggled with painful cystic acne for years and tried everything from prescription creams to antibiotics to harsh skincare routines...but nothing worked long term. Then I found Dr. Rozita here and it was a total game-changer. Instead of just treating the surface, they helped me understand the why behind my acne, hormonal imbalances, stress, gut health and just all of it. Through a customized plan that included gentle supplements, dietary changes, and skin supportive treatments, my breakouts started to calm within weeks. For the first time in years, I feel confident in my own skin again... literally. Dr. Rozita was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. As someone completely new to holistic medicine I was very nervous about seeking care through a naturopathic doctor, but I have been very pleased with my improvement in my overall health including the symptoms from which I was previously suffering. I chose Dr. Moshtagh over many other naturopathic doctors in the San Diego area because her prices are much more reasonable even for paying out of pocket since my HMO insurance unfortunately doesn't cover. That is how I ended up under her care to begin with; my own doctors failed and dismissed me despite dealing with chronic non-sexually transmitted vaginal infections. She accepts PPO insurances which many other naturopathic doctors do not so I would even moreso recommend her if you have that and are struggling with the insanity of western medical care.

Dr. Moshtagh is very passionate about her work and helping her patients. She takes time to actually listen to you and is prompt in communication which is made so simple via email and texting. 

Another major appeal to seeking her care over others is she takes a very thorough comprehensive approach via history taking and labwork to determine exactly what supplements you need to heal the root cause of your symptoms.

Not only have I been symptom free (for reference I am 3.5 months in from beginning a healthier diet and 2.5 months in since diet plus supplements) from vaginal infections for the first time in years, I have lost a lot of excess weight, am sleeping better, and have more energy throughout the day. My symptoms significantly improved within a few weeks of beginning the supplements and it was such a relief physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

I would highly recommend Dr. Moshtagh to anyone who is suffering from unexplained recurring infections to break the cycle of treating symptoms only to be disappointed when they inevitably return.

You have to be committed to true healing and it is work, but I feel like there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel to my suffering.
