My experience with Rebekah for the Deka Pulse CO2 laser was delightful! She was patient, caring and knowledgeable! She really took the time to explain everything she was going to do and explained step by step what she was doing during the whole process. I am completely confident that my results will be amazing and I will definitely return to Aesteem and Rebekah for future services.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a med spa. While getting dermaplaning, the aesthetician cut a mole on my face. Instead of stopping, she continued the facial “working around it”. In the middle of the facial she stopped and said something like “yeah I nicked you really good” after telling me earlier that she was the “best” (at dermaplaning). The cut on my face bled for hours after leaving. The recovery/customer service after was horrible too and I could go on. The ladies who work here all have a certain “vibe” they’re going for and don’t deliver on a great customer experience unless you look a certain way. There are better establishments in Dallas that deliver superior service and value than Aesteem.

Got a HydraFacial done here and honestly didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. The place is super clean, everyone’s professional, and Vione was awesome — she explained everything, made it comfortable, and really knew her stuff. My skin looked and felt way better right after. Definitely worth it and I’ll be back for sure.
