I’ve been seen Taylor and her staff for about four years. Maybe a little more. She takes the time to talk to each of the patients as it does her nurses. I wouldn’t feel as great and self-confident as I do today if it weren’t for her and her staff! I went to her weighing 177 pounds and today I am now able to maintain at 120 pounds! I hit my goal! She isn’t like a regular doctor that would just say you just need to exercise and eat less. From 2012 to 2019, that’s all I did was exercise five days a week, count calories, do all types of exercising Hired a fitness coach and none of it worked. I gained more weight and before someone tells me it was all muscle, no it was swelling. It was inflammation. My body was not in the shape to exercise in order to lose weight. Until Taylor recognized, I needed to get my insulin resistance under control, did I start losing weight. So from 2022 to present, I started Semaglutide first and then plateaued after losing 25 pounds and was switched to Mojarro. Mojarro helped me lose the additional 25 to 30 pounds that I needed to lose to hit my goal. I now take it as maintenance and I feel better than ever! I have no inflammation. My blood pressure has gone down, my cholesterol is within a normal range now, I’m wearing clothes sizes that I could only get into In high school! It feels really good to go from a size 14 almost 16 to a size 8 pair of pants that are loose but a size 6 is a little too tight. That’s OK though I’m happy where I’m at and I have Taylor And her wonderful staff To thank! If it’s not wait, you need to lose, but you’re looking into Botox or HRT she can Do that as well! And she knows what she’s talking about. If you have a will to want to change your lifestyle And want to feel better about yourself and feel confident looking in the mirror, I would definitely definitely talk to Taylor!

I cannot praise this place enough and am so lucky they are right here in Hendersonville because I would drive to it if it weren’t. Excellent… knowledgeable, friendly, professional, caring staff. The system works… down 20 lbs since starting 2 months ago! Visits are quick and easy, and the injections are painless believe it or not. Must be a small needle. If you’re thinking about it, have a consultation and you’ll be glad you did. Thank me later!!

Indian Lake Medical is a great office with a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. Taylor, the NP, is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff is super sweet, making every visit a pleasant experience!
