Comprehensive Primary Care - Woodley Park

Good luck trying to get any prescriptions refilled here. They do not respond to phone calls, voicemails on the prescription line, or messages in the patient portal. They couldn’t figure out how to file a prior authorization for a medication I’d been on for 4 years which resulted in my treatment schedule being altered. Didn’t have the medication for 4 months after 2 months of calling and messaging nearly daily. Had to go to a different practice all together to get any prescriptions refilled. The clinic itself is also not very clean, when getting a blood draw there was small blood splatters on the wall and floor. The system for collecting urine samples is very odd as they have you put the sample in a cabinet that is full of the last few patient’s samples. Nursing/medical assistants are indifferent to your presence and seem like they don’t want to be there. Sometimes they were wearing AirPods while meeting with me. They make you check in on an iPad despite there being 4 people sitting at the front desk usually doing nothing but talking about their personal lives loudly without regard to patients in the waiting room.

I've been coming to Comprehensive Primary Care (Woodley Park) for almost 10 years and my experience has always been pleasant. The front desk staff is always nice and friendly. The Providers are all professional and very engaging. Definitely would recommend Comprehensive Primary Care for your health care needs. Their customer service and quality of care is exceptional.

Staff is always nice. Once I had to come in with my crying son, they didn’t look down on me. Punctual, I never had to wait for my appointment either in person or online. Everything goes smoothly, I am way happier than with my previous PCP. Daria Kacprzyk is helpful and respectful even if you sound hypochondriac.
