(Elk Grove) Ideal Protocol Metabolism and Weight Management

I’ve been going to Ideal Protocol in Elk Grove for about two months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. I’ve struggled with my weight for years and tried so many things without success. I was skeptical at first, especially about the food, but I’m so glad I took the chance. The coaches ( Matt & Judy) truly help reeducate how you eat. It’s not just a diet, it’s a mindset shift. Matt at Ideal Protocol is the best! My husband and I are on a weight loss journey and he’s helped us so much. If you have a question even at 9pm he will answer. All the food that ideal protocols is actually good and although the portions are small so you can lose weight it doesn’t taste like other diet foods. The most exciting part is that we have only been doing the plan for a little under 3 weeks and we have lost almost 20lbs combined and we both have a clearer mind and more energy.
