Space BAR Wellness West Seattle

I've been doing contrast therapy (cold plunge + sauna) at Space BAR for over a year and fully recommend it. I tried it on a whim, not expecting much, and was surprised by how good my body feels afterward. I took several coached sessions to learn helpful info (the camaraderie is good in the group sessions), and now use the private rooms regularly. Their facility is always clean and smells good. It's really changed my relationship with cold water; I recently swam under the Pont du Gard aqueduct in late October using my cold-water skills!

I have been a member of Space BAR for about six months and I couldn't be happier that I signed up. This is by far the best place in Seattle to relax in an infrared sauna. The service is fantastic! Everyone here works hard to make you feel welcomed and relaxed. I don't know of anywhere else in Seattle that offers contrast therapy so if you are looking for the best wellness bar in Seattle, you've found it.

Great community and space! I feel so relaxed spending time here and really enjoyed my first flow state friday. New to contrast therapy and glad they offer breath work training. Cold plunge + sauna after my long flight was a game changer!
