I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside Dr. Elizabeth Winters for many years—as classmates, colleagues, and fellow advocates for women’s health and fertility. Dr. Catalina is incredible. I had my first consult with her back in December 2021 after I experienced a severe rash/hives breakout all over my body that I could not contribute any cause to. I was not having any success with visits to my primary care or emergency room doctors who simply wanted to throw steroids or a pill at me to mask symptoms. Dr. Catalina worked with me to try and find causation. I cannot tell you how much she has helped me heal over the course of the past few months. She has spent time researching my symptoms and emailing me recommendations in between visits. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a functional medicine doctor that will spend time looking at all possible avenues for what is actually causing your issues. I cannot stress enough that it is imperative to look at causation and address what your body needs to help you heal.
