Love Urban Sweat! I’ve been a founding member at the Wedgewood Houston location for the past two months and am really enjoying my Red Light Therapy appointments. A couple highlights: - it’s really easy to get in contact with the staff if you have any questions or need help with booking appointments - facilities are extra clean - the staff are the best (shout out to Claire and Simme 🙌🏼) - and the rain shower in the bathroom is just stellar

I had never done a sauna or cold plunge before coming here and now I am hooked! The knowledgeable staff will walk you through all of your options, the best ways to approach recovery, and even coach you through your cold plunge. Highly recommend checking them out!

Went last night to my first red-light therapy and cold plunge (I've done sauna before and love a good sweat!) Loved the energy of the staff - so easy going and didn't feel stupid asking questions. I went to the cabin sauna which I loved because I could put on a youtube meditation and drip away. I think I'd like to try the pods next time though! The privacy of each space is lovely and made it so that I could drift away. I could have fallen asleep with the red-light therapy. I'm not sure why but I am a huge fan after one session. It just felt good. Cold plunging is a leap for my brain... but I made it 1:30 and I think I could definitely do more next time. Can't wait! This place is a gem.
