TRACE | Body Rejuvenation - Regenerative & Longevity Clinic

I am a 50 year old athlete that takes exercise and healthy aging seriously. I learned about TRACE Body Rejuvenation through a doctor/friend here in the Houston area recently and made a appointment yesterday. I was blown away impressed by my first experience at TRACE yesterday with the help and guidance from Laura, Casey, and Marie. The deep tissue massage, matched with heating components, and red-light recovery was impactful in my right shoulder and right knee. Their team asked the right questions and worked my problem areas over and over during my session. I love to lift weights but have had to step away more and more from my routine to recover because of the pain attributed to lifting 5/6 days a week. But now I have a plan for my pain relief from lifting the way I love to and can move forward despite the associated tightness/soreness by visiting Laura and her team as needed. The Trace Body Rejuvenation offices are conveniently located just behind Memorial Hermann hospital in the Memorial City area of Houston on Frostwood street with plenty of parking. I was treated like a friend, and the facility itself was clean, professional and inviting. Laura and her staff are amazing. I’ve been working with Laura for a few months to address an issue with my foot. She gave me hope and a solid plan to address a life long issue that would have otherwise required an invasive surgery. She’s very knowledgable and offers incredible healing technology. Coming here was one of the best decisions I've made. Everyone is extremely sweet. They make everyone feel welcome. Laura is amazing! She looked at my face and immediately knew which facial would benefit me the most. She also knew how to take care of my awful back acne, and I am already starting to see improvement. I will definitely be coming back so my back can finally get better. Previous doctors were never able to do much about my back, but Laura knew what to do, and I really do see improvement. I will be telling my brother about this, and I recommend everyone goes at least once. The prices are also very fair here. Cheaper than most places. Recommend to everyone!
