Very professionally run center. It began with the precheck in, the check in was simple, waited maybe 5 minutes for my appointment. In the exam room Kevin explained the gel injection procedure. The injections were painless. He then explained how soon it would take to realize the benefit of the injection. The staff and facility are exceptional.

Eleven weeks out of Total Anterior Hip surgery I am still pleased with the whole process as was directed by the Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Stefan Kreuzer, PA-C Kevin Lancaster and Staff. Attending their Physical Therapy Exercises during this process has been enjoyable and rewarding making my recovery quicker and easing any discomfort! Following as best I could with my limited ability, the exercises before surgery, helped and immediately after surgery I was able to stand straight and walk, something I had only been able to do bent over before surgery. I was amazed at the very little and tolerable pain after surgery. If I had any concerns the staff was easily accessible with knowledgeable and caring professional answers or suggestions. Having my son with me to help was very important and for me in my eighties, necessary. I could have done it alone after the first three days but, his help was invaluable, in helping to ice the surgical area and in all other needs during convalescence.

I recently had an appointment with Kevin Lancaster and found it to be very reassuring. The facility was clean and professional from the waiting area to the exam room and imaging area. The appointment was thorough and a diagnosis was given within approximately one hour. I am scheduled for a right hip replacement and shortly after recovery they will do the left. To say I am pleased with the whole experience is a understatement. I cannot wait to get started! I would recommend this facility to anyone needing orthopedic care!
