Contrast Studios

I decided to first try Contrast in November 2024 to help with muscle soreness and recovery. Long story short, I’m a golf instructor that plays golf quite often and also works out regularly to stay in shape to play golf. I was noticing a lot of soreness after playing and I had researched tons of methods to help me recover including contrast therapy and decided to give it a try. From my very first session I knew this was a game changer. It didn’t take long to see the benefits of contrast therapy. First, the muscle soreness and fatigue was virtually wiped away. I could play a round of golf and work out the same day and bounce back and do it again the very next day. Then I started to notice the mental benefits as well. Mental clarity and focus, reduced anxiety, enhanced mood, etc. Here I am in late July 2025 still going strong as a member that tries to stay on the 57/11 routine (57 mins sauna/ 11 mins cold plunge) per week. The staff at Contrast Studios Montgomery are always quick to greet you with a smile and positive attitude and I love that. They’re very personable and great to chat with as well. Rooms, saunas, and plunges are always tidy and super clean. I’m a firm believer in contrast therapy and its benefits for me personally, and I encourage everyone to give Contrast Studios a try and see for yourself!

I had an incredible experience at contrast studios! The facilities were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and recovery. The sauna was perfectly heated with a calming ambiance, and the cold plunge was just the right level of intense to leave me feeling refreshed and recharged. Contrast has been the best addition to my daily routine. It’s such a great way to relax & take time for yourself while your body recovers. I recently underwent shoulder surgery & Contrast has been that sort of “escape” since I can’t do much else at the moment. The facility is always extremely clean & the staff is knowledgeable & very friendly. I highly recommend to anyone, you won’t regret it!
