I recently had a Reiki session with Connie after moving from Dallas, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I was hesitant about finding someone new, but I truly know I made the right choice. Connie was incredibly thorough and attentive, creating a comforting environment that allowed me to relax completely. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and optimistic about everything ahead. Connie is a very gifted healer and guide and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting to and resolving the metaphysical root of their sufferings. I have seen her twice over the last year— first time in the spring when I visited Denver for a wedding and the second time in the fall as a remote session over the phone. I struggled a lot in the past with enmeshment/absorbing the energies of other people/codependency/empath whatever you want to call this pattern and she was immediately able to identify the issue of my reinforcing my own problems through my beliefs and identity and told me to instead identify as All That Is. During the most recent session she was psychically able to pick up on the fact that I had been doing chanting and breath work and was able to feel the coldness in my body when my AC turned on, something that I was admittedly less attuned to than she was!! Anyway a day after the most recent session I had a lot of physical symptoms and after a lot of tension release the last few days I became aware that a lot of my own triggers around others was caused by my own inability to accept others as they are and unconsciously projecting that onto others. When I became aware of that and then let that go my enmeshment pattern with my mother completely dissolved. It was magic!! I feel much safer in my body and grounded in myself. Thank you Connie!!
