Artisan Piano Services

Artisan Piano has been taking care of my piano for the past 16 years, and they have been wonderful. We have cello and violin players at home and love the piano to have a rather sharp and crisp sound, despite of many that prefer warmer sound. David spent a lot of time, in several visit, patiently listening to my descriptions of the sound that we like, and he got it. For the past year Adam has been working with us and helped maintaining and tuning the Piano. Adam is also very knowledgeable of his work, patiently listens and explains what in his opinion is needed to be done. I am very satisfied with working with both David and Adam and highly recommend Artisan Piano for their excellent service.

I have done business with Artisan Piano Services for at least ten years now and expect to continue the relationship as long as I have a piano. For Artisan has everything I hope to find in such an organization and its employees: knowledge, experience, punctuality and efficiency, honesty, and unfailingly positive attitudes. I find their rates reasonable as well. Even if you have complex, challenging issues to present, Artisan will supply the know-how and eagerness to solve them. Artisan Piano Services has tuned my piano since 2017. They did a great job of adjusting the action after I first purchased it. In recent years, Adam has done regular tuning, pedal adjustments, and other work as needed. He is helpful about addressing any mechanical issues and it’s always a pleasure to play again on a refreshed instrument. The scheduling and communication from the office are also excellent.
