I had such a positive experience at Hayes Valley Medical Esthetics—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I was incredibly nervous, especially since I have a fear of needles, but Esthetic Nurse Practitioner Victoria completely changed that for me. She was calm, kind, and so attentive to how I was feeling. The moment I shared my anxiety, she took her time to reassure me and helped me feel relaxed—as if I were in the care of someone who genuinely understood and cared. The spa itself has a serene, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. And before I even realized it, the procedure was over! I actually said “wow” out loud—because she truly wowed me. It was smooth, gentle, and nothing like the experience I was bracing for. I'm so grateful for Victoria’s care and will absolutely be returning. If you're even a little nervous or just want a provider who knows how to make you feel completely comfortable, she's the one to see. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to LVME. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I met with Victoria for my initial consultation. Victoria was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a treatment plan that addressed my concerns. She also recommended a skin care routine and set me up with products to use. Melonie is the queen of lips and the queen of life!!! I’ve had my fair share of lip fillers done in San Francisco and Melonie’s work is by far my favorite. She was attentive to what I wanted and to the symmetry my pout needed to reach my goals. I’m usually crying when injected by I didn’t feel a thing, she was gentle and quick but precise! Walked out of my appointment with no pain or bruising. 10/10 highly recommend. I will be back <3
