CIMA Med Spa

My non-surgical nose job experience was exceptional at CIMA med spa! The staff was so kind and made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked into the building. Marcella, the PA, prepped me thoroughly and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted with my nose. She took very good care of me & took her time with the procedure. She made sure to walk me through the entire process, which made me feel more at ease, and was very helpful with all of the questions I had. Jessica and Sue were also very pleasant and kept me informed with all post-procedure information. I am very happy with my new nose and look forward to going back.

I was feeling fatigued, and in need of a pick me up when my friend had commented to me about IV therapy and recommended the IV Lab. I was a bit on the fence, but after this week of being sick and drained and with a three-year-old running around I really needed a pick me up. I brought my husband with me, who also needed a pick me up. We came in to a relaxed environment and some wonderful people who greeted us at the front desk. Jorge is our concierge and he greeted us with a smile, Jorge is very personable, professional and gave that concierge vibe which I had never had in a doctors office before. Jorge helped us pick out a package and even helped my husband understand the science of what was going on. Once we set up our accounts and we picked our package, Jorge brought us into this comfy room, explained the procedure of what was going to happen next and did everything with ease. Now I don’t like IVs but he made me feel so comfortable that I was great and even laughing. Jorge even advised us how to make therapy better as the day progress for we left the office. he even gave us a call to ask how we were feeling hours after our IV therapy. The following day I felt well rested, and my husband did as well, which is a lot when you’re dealing with a three-year-old. my husband and I are coming back to this wonderful spot that was recommended to us.

Great customer service! The place is very clean and cozy. Great team, Britney is helpful and share accurate information. Marcella, is very knowledgeable and made me felt that I am in the best hands. She took the time to listen my concerns and explained me the process and aware of preventions. I am very pleased I found this gem in Miami Springs. I would definitely recommend it
