My overall experience with this office has been truly amazing. From the moment I had my consultation to the actual procedure and then follow up phone calls with Jerry, I was very much pleased. They answered every question and concerns I had prior to the stem cell procedure and explained everything clearly. There was never any pressure and I felt comfortable the whole way through. The office was very clean and all the staff from the doctor to the assistants were so friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone interested in stem cells. For anyone wondering, I had severe nerve damage and cervical disc herniation and resorting to surgery would be the only cure with the results of losing mobility in my neck. After researching stem cells, I decided to try it and although it has only been 6 weeks, I believe this procedure has improved the inflammation in my neck and I do feel a lot better!
