I have been part of Profile since February and it’s hands down the best decision I’ve ever made! Coach Amy is absolutely phenomenal. She pushes me when I refuse to budge, she cheers me on even on the bad days, and she has become more than a coach to me and my 3.5yo son who thinks she hung the moon. The knowledge, encouragement, and atmosphere CAN’T be matched. Ms.Grace is also such a sweet support! I’m down 50+ pounds and maintaining day to day thanks to this amazing plan and my coach!

I typically don’t leave many reviews but I believe this one is a must. This program is an effective aid in weight loss as well as building a easily maintainable lifestyle going forward. The staff at this branch has been a friendly encouraging group creating a team atmosphere. My coach Amy has been instrumental in keeping me motivated and accountable in my journey towards my goals. She has shared her experiences and knowledge with me that has helped educate me in cultivating an overall healthy lifestyle congruent with the program. I have lost 30 lbs in consistent increments, feeling so much better and I am 1000% confident in reaching my heath and weight goals!
