I recently got lip filler for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The Sisters were super professional and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, especially since I was a little nervous. They explained everything clearly and really helped put me at ease throughout the process. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly painless for me. I experienced only minimal swelling within the first 24 hours and had no bruising at all. The final result looks natural, plump, and exactly how I envisioned—no “ducky” lips whatsoever! I have been seeing Courtney for years, and have gotten to see Emily as well! They have been huge supports through my skincare & aesthetic journey (I didn’t even have a routine when I started seeing her in 2022). Now my skin and facial features are something I take great pride in, and have grown so confident over the years with their talent. I now live in Arizona and I still fly back to Nashville just to see them at Reflections Aesthetic every 3-4 months! They are both knowledgeable and take time to explain every procedure. They’re the best boss women in the aesthetic business!

Absolutely loved Emily and Courtney and their med spa! I just moved to Nashville and was searching for an aesthetics lounge that didn’t push more Botox, filler, etc on you and take a true modest approach in their services. Emily genuinely only suggested treatments what were needed and would align with facial goals and had a gentle hand with injections (didn’t hurt a bit!). Their med spa is so cute and I’ll be returning for all my aesthetics needs!
