Kate, one of the practitioners, is incredibly gentle and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her expertise put me at ease throughout my visit. Heather, the nurse, is a true expert in her field. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched. I can't recommend Effi Med Spa enough.
