I read the negative review and felt compelled to respond. Dr. Medley has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. She has been nothing short of spectacular. When I had a concern about a medication I was taking she asked me to come in and we discuss my concerns. She didn't dismiss me, she listened and was very concerned as to my thoughts about why I felt it wasn't "working". I told her I wanted a particular test done because I hadn't had it one in almost 10 years. She referred me to a great Endocrinologist who was just as equally caring and concerned. A biopsy was performed and it turned out I had thyroid cancer. The care I received from both Dr. Medley and my Endocrinologist were in sync because of the MedStar network. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Medley's care.

I recently visited Navy Yard MedStar as a new patient, and while there was some initial misunderstanding during my appointment, I want to highlight the exceptional support I received from Vivian, the receptionist/coordinator. She went above and beyond to rectify the issue Vivian was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—she took the time to listen, clarify the situation, and make sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. Her calm and compassionate demeanor made a big difference in my experience, and I truly appreciated how dedicated she was to making sure I was taken care of.

Dr. Medley is such an awesome health care provider. She was very attentive and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed during my visit. Her ultimate goal was to ensure I had encouragement to obtain my future health goals. Dr. Medley I appreciate you and all of your help. Enjoy to the fullest! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
