Waltham Holistic Clinic has been a wonderful sanctuary for me for over a year, addressing stress, digestive issues, insomnia, etc through acupuncture. Trusting Renee Tracy wholly, I recently decided to try a cosmetic treatment series of microneedling and facial acupuncture. It has been transformative after only one microneedling and two acupuncture sessions! I have been so impressed with the lifting and tightening of my 44 yr old face! I would highly recommend to anyone as a non-surgical option for aging well!

Boy I could write a book on how helpful acupuncture with Renee has been! I filled out the insurance info form on her website and the next day she called me letting me know what my copay was! I have seen so many doctors for my mental and psychical health issues, and most doctors just refer me to another doctor and nothing gets done. After a few sessions with Renne, I noticed I was sleeping again after 7 years of insomnia. And the more I went the more benefits I continued to see! Acupuncture with Renne relieved pain I never knew I had. Not to mention relief from: low back pain, headaches, neck pain, circulation issues, hormonal imbalances, appetite struggles, and more. Renne is warm, professional, and non judgmental. She works hard to create a safe space and really cares about her patients. It’s clear that she is really passionate about the work she does. Hands down the best thing I’ve done for my health was get acupuncture. I’ve even convinced several people in my life to try it as well :)

Renee is the absolute best! I initially came to Renee in February 2023 because I was having hip and knee pain from old running injuries. I was having trouble running a few miles without it pain and I was signed up to run the Boston Marathon in April. Renee worked to understand my issues and developed a treatment plan that got me running again and allowed me to finish the marathon pain free!! I will always be so thankful for Renee and what she did to help me achieve this major goal!
