I have been going here for a little over a year, and just signed up for another three because the results have been exactly what I wanted. My after-work energy is back, my mood has lifted and stabilized, and I feel more like myself again. I've shrunk my belly quite a bit and really feel like my body-weight-workouts are actually doing something! This is all due to the great staff! Since my first vist, they have been friendly, easy to ask potentially embarrassing questions, and knowledgeable about everything from procedural options to financing. I've only been to the office in Marlborough, but it's full of pleasant, friendly people. Really everyone from the ones at the front desk to the ones with the needles are super nice. I STILL hate needles but they remember that every week, and take great care of me. Great experience overall!

I went to the Marlboro office, and all their staff was responsive and attentive. They all listen to all of my issues and addressed them with complete honesty, by giving me a rough percentage of outcome, and multiple options on how to be go forward. Started treatment and they were very punctual and informative of what to expect. It's defiantly not a one size or pill fits all process; they will address all your needs.
