I cannot say enough good things about vicki bradley! She truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel heard. She was very thorough, ordering all the necessary blood work and then re-testing my levels to make sure everything was headed in the right direction. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me a lot of peace of mind, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about her patients well-being. She’s also an amazing person! Im very lucky to have finally found someone who takes control and understands! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care!

I used to see Dr Edelberg on Clybourn and he was amazing. This office however has shown me that they care more about money than their patients. After my first visit they coded my bloodwork wrong so I got a 300 dollar bill, no big deal I reached out to have the coding corrected. Then after my follow up visit I receive a phone call barely two weeks later saying I have a balance due after insurance from my follow up appt. I explained to her that once my HSA is funded I can pay it. She then says to me that if I don’t pay it immediately my future appt will be canceled. Again it’s barely been two weeks since the appt it’s not like this balance has been sitting for months. What kind of doctor’s office threatens their patients like this?

Dr Caley Scott is passionate about her patients. She is smart and she listens . She makes great suggestions ! If you are seeking an integrative and compassionate doctor - she is the one! I drove from the North side to see her for my annual visit. Her location in Mount Greenwood was easy to find. The new office is nice and very relaxing. Nurse Amira is smart and efficient ! I had the lowest blood pressure EVER because I felt at ease. She has a great sense of humor and makes her busy role look easy. Toni is a skilled phlebotomist with 20 plus years of experience ! I was so happy at how effortless it was for her to draw my blood. A great experience all the way around!!!!
