My experience with Top Tier has been life changing! I’m 41 and I’ve lost around 50lbs now while maintaining muscle. Allie and Hunter and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. They know their stuff!

Working with Allie over the last two years has changed my life! With a weight loss plan, healthy diet, and exercise routine I lost 95 pounds in the first year. I went from size XXL to size medium tops and size 22 to size 6 pants. Continuing to work with Allie, I’ve maintained my weight and continue to eat healthy and am consistent with my workout routine and now wear size small shirts, size 4 pants, and am leaner and stronger. At 41 years old I’m doing things I never imagined I would, like snowboarding! I’m feeling more confident than I ever have.
