Pure Sweat + Float Studio, Belle Meade

In love Pure Sweat+Float! Besides the delightful sweat I get when I go to a sauna session here, the humans who work here are lovely. It is a true wellness space, with great products (like Cymbiotika) and a calming environment. And it is absolutely clean and well kept. My fave spot for detoxing and grabbing some time for myself.

This Sauna is clean, beautiful, restorative, and the best part of weekly routine! The staff at Pure Sweat Belle Meade could not be kinder or more accommodating. They have listened to my needs and followed up, more times than I can count. I've been a member of Pure Sweat for years, and plan to continue as part of my ongoing wellness and healing. I'm grateful for this place and these people! :) Check them out!

Very happy with my first experience! The Founder/CEO came into the restaurant I work at and offered me a free infrared sauna session to try it out and i enjoyed it. I’ve always loved saunas and this experience tops it. I used two different light therapy’s that focused on my skin health and body fat. I was over the top happy that they provide a tablet in the sauna that can access Netflix and Spotify during your session. There was also different types of rollers/bands offered to relax your muscles and stretch them which I was very happy about. The staff were beyond incredible and nice. I highly recommend this place and the different amenities they offer. I am very pleased and can see my self coming back! I’d love to try the float session next or the sauna with the cold plunge. I appreciate Candice for coming into my restaurant and offering me something new to try and for being very sweet and kind.
