Atlantic Men's Clinic - Plantation

After prostate cancer and not being able to penetrate. I am starting to have some success. As for the office, caregivers, and medical professionals. They are all top notch. The multi therapy attack really works and the patient liaison really listens.

I’ve been coming to the Plantation office for about 5 months now. I am always met with a smile when checking in.Starting to really feel the positive affects of the testosterone treatments. My energy level has been going up and now I’m really looking forward to what the future brings 😎.

Richard (sales person) called me 20m late, put the phone down when ihe was calling me & after about 5 hellos from me I hung up. He calls back & he is talking but I have a question which he didn’t acknowledge let alone answer. He would go far around my simple question ‘I had labs done Sept 30 & could I send them to him & see if I qualify’. He refused to answer & kept asking me all kinds of questions that I answered. The 5th time asking him the same question I told him this is the 5th time I am asking this very straight forward question & if he didn’t answer with a yes or no, this is as far we we go. He then started screaming & threatening me in a feeble attempt to intimidate me. He flips it to I better never disrespect him again & I gave it 1 more time that I have questions that I deserve an answer to wo his spin. He then curses me out & tells me I have his email address, I don’t check texts/emails when I am on the phone with him. No reason on earth why during this consult he can’t say yes we can use your labs (from Quest diagnostic) or no we can’t? Instead he kept pivoting to their labs & I am sure this shouldn’t be a point of contention. Richard’s professionalism is non existent as then he threatens me repeatedly, swears at me, calls me names till I respond, then he hangs up.  What kind of place hires people like Richard to onboard new clients? I want to do business & I need to be clear before moving forward, I am sure that’s totally fine but this place is about ‘give me your $ & I will fill you in later’. Richard showed what Atlantic Men’s Clinic is all about. Why try tricks to get me to pay for your labs & up charge & feel no obligation to answer a potential new clients question? Based on this interaction I suggest staying away from this place as all they want to do is get every dollar from you & if you question it, you get screamed at, threatened, cursed out, & called names by the ‘people’ that are supposed to represent the best face of the company. Treat me/anyone like this, who wants to patronize your business?
