I have been going to Skinny me for several years. Very friendly staff and they answer any questions you have and explain them very well. If you are looking to have energy and want to lose weight. I highly recommend this place. 🤗

I called before coming in asking about their pricing and made an appointment. Once I got there, I was continued to be told the same amount as I was waiting and about to check out. But when it came time to pay, all a sudden there was a “one time $100 fee” that no one mentioned when I called originally or throughout my appointment. I was completely shocked. The staff also didn’t say what this hidden fee was for and added this to my charge. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. After posting this review, it was taken down immediately and I got a call from a Valerie who maintained her lie about the hidden fee. They are unprofessional and only continue to lie in their response to my review. I did attempt to call them directly and was blatantly told that I was never a patient. I don’t understand how they can act as if they do not know me while replying to this review claiming that they “distinctly remember” mentioning the “consultation fee”. Beware of this place as they will lie and take your money.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and have had an amazing experience with all the staff members, Valerie always takes care of me. With their help, I’ve lost my goal of 10 pounds and have been able to keep it off. Their vitamin injections are also fantastic energy boosters, I can’t go without.
