I could not be more pleased or more grateful to Dr Staller and to Andrew Tongue at Renew Vitality! I am a doctor myself and rarely do I encounter such consistent, high quality customer service. Dr Staller is brilliant with a bedside manner to match. And I cannot say enough about Andrew who makes sure the service runs like a Swiss train. He responds to my questions (even and especially the stupid ones) with aplomb and is generous with his time, always willing to take the extra step and make the extra phone call. I endorse the team at Renew Vitality completely and wholeheartedly. I’ve been a client for well over a year now and I fully expect to remain a client for the long run. I’ve been under the care of Renew Vitality for exactly 1-year. My experience has been stellar. They are not the cheapest game in town because they offer peerless customer service and expert medical advice/guidance. I especially appreciate having a personal concierge (Omar) that I can communicate with directly. He is a game changer by handling all of my orders and answers all of my questions and concerns. On the off chance he doesn’t know the answer, he will contact Dr. Staller and return quickly with good information.

I was somewhat nervous & hesitant at first about exploring the option for hormone replacement. A little intimidated to talk about some of the issues I was having. But I can honestly say that I can not be happier that I did. Renew Vitality has changed my life for the better. Dr. Staller going over all my bloodwork & helping guide me in the right direction to improve how I have been feeling for quite some time. & a huge thank you to the patient coordinator Patrick Ekey for answering any questions I’ve had (there has been many) & helping me walk through everything.
