I've really enjoyed my time working with Claudia. We meet monthly and create goals that are actually attainable and then I get about a month to work towards implementing them into my daily schedule. My meetings feel very personalized, and she does a great job with prompting questions to understand the root of problems. I never leave feeling upset, unaccomplished, blamed or negatively about my progress. This has been my first experience in my adulthood seeing a dietitian and I feel so supported. It feels good to not dread going to an appointment for once, especially one that is directly related to weight management. I'm learning so much and many of these things have been helpful to pass along to my partner, so I don't feel alone working through these changes. I recommend her work and guidance to anyone that needs a realistic but gentle touch in their journey.

I have learned so much from Claudia about how to eat healthy and I feel the difference in my energy levels and overall well being. I really like how she incrementally provides nutritional education that I can apply in a sustainable manner. Her recommendations for healthy snacks and eating strategies are invaluable. I've been working with Claudia for a bit more than a year and in that time I've lost weight and been able to keep it off. I love Claudia's approach of small, sustainable changes - I'm not on a diet and I'll never be on a diet again, and I'm confident I'll be able to continue with my weight loss.
