I have been using Helix for over 2 years. I have pretty global brain damage which impact’s energy levels. TRT helps boost my limited energy, libido and body composition. They really work to make sure I am well stocked. I travel a great deal so they are always flexible on their concierge services. I have spoken to helix doctors and taken delivery in California, Washington and Nevada. They are a great service and I highly recommend them.

I was unable to receive further services and continued to be charged. Upon refuting the charges, I was essentially told no. I feel like I was scammed and now cannot afford other medical care due to them refusing a refund for services I DID NOT HAVE. BEWARE OF THE SCAM!!!

Helix MWR Review #6 of Many: A Series Getting Prescriptions by Mail from Helix’s Pharmacy Partner

This series of reviews represents my very real experience with the company and my honest opinion of their services. As mentioned in my previous reviews, one of my favorite parts of this entire journey with Helix Mobile Wellness Research is that much of the process can be handled without having to leave the house. From the over the phone consultations with physicians, house calls from phlebotomists and nurses, right down to the meds showing up at your door, you can use this service from the comfort of your home. If you’re like me and you hate traffic, finding and paying for parking, sitting in waiting rooms and doctor’s offices, and then fighting traffic home again, and then doing that all over again when it’s time to pick up your meds from a pharmacy, then you too probably wish that every service could be as convenient as using Helix. 

Once you go through the consultation, blood tests, physician’s appointments, and orientations it’ll be time to begin your protocol. And the meds will show up right to your home courtesy of APS pharmacy. The meds will be shipped with securely in packaging that includes ice packs and a cooler to keep any temperature sensitive meds safe. (Some of your meds may require refrigeration and some will be stored room temperature.) They will also arrive a with Helix Medication guide and schedule. 

Everything you need for your protocol including alcohol wipes, sterile needles for injection, and bacteriostatic water and syringes for mixing medications will all arrive along with your medicines, making it easy and simple for you to set up a case or caddy for your protocol to make sure you have everything you need conveniently in one place. I’ll admit that when my first box arrived, I was a little intimidated by everything, but by the time my next refill came, I was a pro. What felt overwhelming at first had become a smooth part of my daily routine. Each time I have received my meds, they have arrived on time and my prescription has been filled accurately. Each time the box has been carefully packed and has included a generous allotment of sterile alcohol pads and needles. Each shipment has been accompanied with clear instructions on how and when to administer the meds. Every time I fill a prescription from my doctor in recent months, I find myself waiting and waiting on the pharmacy to fill the order. When I finally get a notification that my prescription is ready, I often find myself waiting in line 30-45 minutes to pick up my medicine from my local pharmacy in a major metropolitan city. With Helix, I never have to wait for my meds. They arrive straight to my door. And I never have to worry about my refill’s being processed in a time manner. When it’s time for a refill, Helix notifies me.
